how to reduce weight in 30 days just by drinking

how to reduce weight.. it become a big issue now, because no one now a day has enough time to do exercise or people now a day become procrastinate and waste their time in other activities some time watching favorite anime or making plan to do exercise but cannot do on time or doing over work in job or over eating of food..
all these factor especially eating excessive without exercise cause over weight

the reduction of weight is also easy by doing the following steps you can reduce your weight in 30 days. an 1 kg in each one week.

1.use of vinegar .. i table spoon daily in 1 glass water ( i mostly used apple vinegar)


2. drink lemon juice without sugar i table spoon daily.( i mostly drink one glass of lemon water)


3.drink green tea daily one time


now what is my schedule i drink lemon water after break fast

then after coming from university i drink a glass of vinegar water

and at night i take green tea .. and i reduce 10 kg in 30 days without any exercise....
